Representative Samuels moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 69(JUD), thus adopting SCS CSHB 69(JUD). The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 69(JUD)?" The Chief Clerk notified the Senate. SCS CSHB 69(JUD) was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment.
